Hi I'm struggling a little bit ... I'm not sure if its anxiety or I'm sick ... I had a rough weekend of being in bed , and not sure what it is ..... Can't pin point what is it ... It's pissing me off

I hate when you don't know of your actually sick or if they are anxiety symptoms! I find that being sick does give me anxiety!
