Taking a step

Taking a big step today gonna go shopping have not done this in a while where I just spend a day going into stores a little nervous but I have to do this

You will be okay. Yesterday all I want is lay in bed all day. Just thinking about going out to my Brother's b day party last night make me want to make an excuse of not going. I felt so anxious at first has to go to the bathroom to take a deep breath but later on I am fine. I was able to stay there from 5:00 pm to 11:30. More than 6 hrs. I am glad I went instead if just staying in bed. I was little lightheaded bec I keep on imagining that I am dizzy but I just ignored it and was fine. Right now just woke up and thinking about going out to church make me anxious but I will be fine and I have to go and serve food for the prayer meeting. Hopefully I will be fine.
