I feel so alone

I guess I'm not the only one though. Thank god we have this forum.
I have been on edge plus the odd panic attacks for the past 5 days/nights. I'm exhausted. I just want it to stop :(

And yet anxiety is a lonely place even in a crowd. Actually, when I am having serious anxiety I feel much more alone around strangers and sometimes even my family than I do when I am literally alone.
This site and is here 24/7. Someone around the world is always on line to listen. Do your work to get better and you will; this too shall pass. It did for me.

Thank you for replying. I am trying to stay calm. Plus it's that time of the month and that sends me crazy !
