I get the exact same thing, it just comes and goes but I'm starting to think it's in my head. I went to the ER because of it last month and they had me hooked up to EKG monitors while it was going on and nothing showed. I get them all over now, but only the left side pains are the ones that get my anxiety going because I think there's something wrong with my heart

Yea exactly if I have pain some where else in my body I don't really care but when I get it in the left side and is close to my heart is when I get all worry , I also sleep in my left side idk if is that , do you ever feel something hard or tight like close to your heart ? Or upper abs

That is muscle twitching I used to have that on the left side exactly where the heart is but apparently it went away (until I start worriying about the heart again). It depends on where the brain is focused the pain suddenly appears and goes away. Unbeleivable

Yea I remember one time my brain was focused in the headache n my pains disappear but after the head pains went away , the chest little stabs came.back , ima start working out with therapy cclininc , they actually take you to places where you have fears to confront them , mine is the one running or playing volleyball or soccer , also sometimes driving I get something stuck in my throat .

Mine started when I started on a diet about a month ago. I think your body goes into shock if you do something different (dieting, stopping drinking, nicotine, drugs, etc.) and you get small pains off and on. To a normal person, they just glance over the pains, but since we have anxiety then we focus on it until our brain starts making phantom pains and our stress and anxiety cause other symptoms on top of it. I thought I had seasonal depression because it seems like my anxiety is always at its worst between January and March when it's cold outside, but come to find out (after seeing a shrink for 2 years) it's because of the lack of exercise that my body is getting during these months. When the weather is nice, I'm usually outside doing something and when it's cold I just stay indoors. I was afraid to even exercise because I thought there was something wrong with my heart and I would end up having a heart attack, but after 5 ER visits and seeing my family doctor and having every single test possible ran on me, it turns out my heart is fine. You just have to face that fear and exercise and you will feel a lot better. Once you start exercising and see that nothing happens then it will get easier and easier. The exercise will help with your stress levels and before you know it, your anxiety symptoms will improve just from having your body in better shape.

For me everything start while I was doing some drugs I got a panic attack while doing them , but after was okayt n I kept doing it , the next time I went to Mt doctor he said I have some reflux so he send me omeprazole and another pill for the chest pain , then I stop doing that drug but I was doing another one , while I got home at 8 the morning from a long night I got freak out cause my heart was beating fast , I went to the hospital n everything was fine , later on I was eating at home , after I was done eating I lay down super fast n n I got a feeling that stab me super hard in the middle of my chest n super dizzy , after that I haven't done drugs again I hate them with a passion , but I been feeling so many weird symptoms after that is like ups and down, I bean to the hospital many times , cardiologist my doctor even did a drug test and I was clean of them , cat scan , idk everything is fine but still feel , fear of running playing soccer and volleyball is so many things to explain lol
