What time is it there? Can you look up "meditation music" on you tube and listen to some soothing sounds? That might help you sleep.

Someone needs you. That's what I tell myself when I start to feel overwhelmed. Try taking a hot bath, drinking some chamomile tea, and reading a book. It always puts me to sleep. I hope you feel better soon. Just keep in mind that nothing lasts forever, not even pain <3
