Does anybody get anxious when there sick

well hello everybody,am normally ok but when it comes to not being well i get so anxious thinking the worst,i have had a really bad cough the last week and when i breath up it really hurts and i can feel my heart going faster than normal which is my worst fear so makes my anxiety worse,does anybody else get like this

I am going the docs soon and see what they say,i stopped all that feeling anxious when i go docs but i know i will feel anxious at docs,why do we have to get anxious over things.

Yes every time I get sick my heart pounds faster. Especially if I have a fever. Although I'm told its normal for it to speed up when fighting an illness

I know what you mean and i work on a ward in a hospital so i know your heart goes faster but when u are having it happen all knowledge goes out of your head,thanks its nice knowing am not alone.
