Does anyone's anxiety rise extremely when they are due on their periods ?

Yes. Yes and yes!! I HATE THAT PART!!!! Is like i have no patience i feel like i knt breath the anxiety is on the roof !

I just get really emotional - much more emotional than usual. I found that ceasing birth control and using a lunette has helped a lot. Less fuckery with the old hormones.


And we must have cyber-synced ladies, cos I'm currently going through shark week as well!

Yeah, anxiety can wreak havoc on your cycle as well, it can make you start later or earlier than usual

I'm going through this right now I get it to the lead up of my period really badly! I thought I was on the road to recovery..... Periods come along and boom :( xx

Well it is Salvador, and it's true I get anxiety when my wife is on her period. Not only cause of the sex, its mostly me thinking I cause her mood changes. Sex has a lot to do with it too but combined they both give me the crazies!

Lol never blame yourself for your wife's mood around her time of month. Being a girl I know that it's no one's fault but hormones :P

Ya but the anxiety sneaks in even if I already know its just hormones.
