I've been feeling this way for a while now I'm currently seeing a counselor and taking zoloft I just feel so scared and sad all the time I hate these feelings.

Hey doll you can message me if you want to talk. I also see a counselor and take Zoloft so I am sorts on the sand boat as you. I get nervous time to time but it passes. Like I said before you can talk to me :)
