Hello everyone, I have been having what I believe is an anxiety/OCD issue for a few years and am looking for ways to deal with this.

I am 25 years old, Married with two children and currently enlisted in the US Air Force. Due to my job, I am very scared about having anxiety issues. It is an easy way to get kicked out from what Ive been told so I really need help getting this under control. I will be posting a new thread in the General anxiety forum to get started.

As a Navy Wife and daughter in law of two Air Force folks, I empathize with you. Here's what I would recommend.

- Meditate. STAT. Every night before bed meditate, before you take a nap meditate. It will help you.
- Yoga as well is a great way to let go of the negatives in your life. It brings your body into it's natural state of well being.
-Keeping a journal, write out everything that has caused you stress etc, it may need to have a lock on it.
-Lavender oil, just a sniff, calms me down in an instant.

You NEED to get to the root of the issues and things can get better!
