Yep. That will help with the BP, palps and social anxiety(tremor/racing heart, etc) Took it for many years and am on propranolol when needed now. Alankay

I am on a small does of that now. It does help with fast heart rate and blood pressure but it never helped with my skipping beats I had all day everyday:( it does seem to slow my aderiline down so I don't panic as much also.

Is 50mg a day alot for this drug ?
