A bit nervous about this

I am a female in early thirties. Has suffered from social anxiety for years. At times I get quite miserable as it interferes with making friends etc. I tend to find I worry about everything. I do not have a lot of friends and would appreciate making some new contacts.

I am the same lady. The last time I had a friend was in school. I find it difficult talking to strangers. It is easier online they don't see or hear you.
