I'm a freshmen in college and lately I just can't focus for long in class. After a few minutes in class my mind just begins racing with rediculous inrrational thoughts and I legit panic inside until class is over. I feel like I'm sitting at my desk just lost in my little own world doodling on my paper while everyone else is actually learning a thing or two. Can anyone on here relate?
