Hi. I'm new to message boards. I am trying to see if this will help with my depression and anxiety. I'm 27 and been dealing with depression and anxiety for 15 years. Up until October it had been not an issue besides a few panic attacks. But the last couple weeks I have been having a harder time dealing with it.
