slurred speech ,stuttering?

I get slurred speech and stutter now and again randomly . is this anxiety realated usually when I have it ive dry lips and mouth ,

I don't know if it's an actual anxiety symptom but I've noticed when my anxiety is high and I'm stressed my speech is rougher. It takes longer to get words out, I stutter a bit and have to think longer. I think it's probably our bodies being under so much stress that these types of task take longer to accomplish thus creating a delay int he way our words comeout.

Yeah kina I stuttered randomly earlier on , and all of a sudden am overthinking about my speech , plus have a very dry mouth and im defo not dehydrated lol

That happens to me all the time, sometimes I avoid even talking. It's a very weird feeling. Lol

This happens to me too. I feel like I have to force my words out & I get out of breath whilst talking.

Yeah I get a lil out of breath sometimes while talking also thats when I avoid talking :) usually ive a dry mouth and lips at the same time and clicking jaw
