I saw a thread on here with someone recommending this tea to help with symptoms so I got some. My headache of 5/6 days is a lot better and not getting so many palps after having pretty bad week of it. I'm even meeting my therapist today which unusually get anxious about and don't have the palps.

I don't even care if it's a placebo effect this stuff works!

I'm glad you tried it & that it's helped you. I love camomile tea. Even if it's just a placebo effect, a warm drink is always comforting.

It's brilliant and for once not full of chemicals. Sometimes I think if you shook me I would rattle on that much drugs!

Haha I'm the same! From vitamin pills, anti depressants, diazepam, iron tablets etc.
I drink a sleep aid tea too by Clipper that's mild tasting but nice.
Dr Stewarts also have some nice teas that are meant to relax you. I became a bit of a tea fiend at one point :)

The only way I can fall asleep is drinking a cup of camomile before bed.

and it was a awful taste and my stomach was yucky, although I finaly slept

Heard camomile tea really good for calming you down, but unfortunately I don't like the taste. I do drink green tea and other flavoured teas.
