So im 20 & i have no health insurance. Ive had anxiety since i was little. ive had intense anxiety since december 2012, eventually i got it under control & i felt great again, i then watched a documentary about a serial killer & i felt very stressed the whole time. Well my anxiety came back, this time i had heart palpitations.
Its weird because i only get palpitations when i have gas, when i lay on my left side i get them a lot. They're never painful, i dont get dizzy or anything. I feel fine during them, they just feel weird. Im always constipated, so im always gassy. Yesterday for a few hours i had no gas! I laid on my left side & felt no palpitations then early in the morning my gas set in & i felt them again. I dont have health insurance & i dont really have money to go to the doctor. Im not sure what to do? When i exercise i feel great, i never get a palpitation, the exercise actually helps with my constipation. I took my blood pressure an hour ago & it was 118/75 with 65 pulse. I check my blood pressure several times a day & its always normal. Im just not sure what to do? Does it sound like i need a doctor?

From other threads that I've read, magnesium citrate is meant to help a lot with palpitations. If that's what you're suffering from most, then I would give that a shot.
It's a natural supplement so no need to see a doctor. I think it's quite inexpensive too.
Hope that helps :)
