Freaking out....

Today was good up until I went to the doctor. She ended up finding a Lymph Node about 3 cm in width under my chin by the back of my jaw, it is hard, not moveable, and painless. She insisted that I get an Ultrasound to rule out anything serious. I made the mistake of googling ''Large painless lymph node'' and everything is pointing towards Lymphoma or other forms of cancer. I'm a Hypochondriac so i'm literally freaking out, and cant stop thinking ''What if i'm dying?''. This has got to be my WORST freakout/fear i've had yet. ahhhhh!

Oh no I understand why you'd panic but please try not to think the worse, and don't google anything else x

I'm trying, my biggest fear is a terminal illness, so this has got me going CRAZY!!!

I also weighed myself today and have lost roughly ten pounds in a month. I havent been eating healthy, and only junk food. My anxiety is getting worse!
