Forgot to take...

Hello

I usually without fail take my citalopram at 9pm which is the best time for me.

I have a really bad cold and sore throat so went for a lay down at 8pm and have just woke up! (6am).

I have missed my dose of citalopram so should i just take it as normal later tonight?

Yeah just take it as normal tonight. That's what the leaflet says I think.
It shouldn't do any harm to miss one, but it's best not to take 2 in the same day.
