Best Place to look for help with Anxiety

I know this is obviously a question asked already . I seem to have panic disorder . Attacks . Fears of losing control . Pretty bad .fears of dying . Feel like I have cancer for 2 years now . I do plan on sometime probably going to the doctors about it . But where can I read online/look for help . This place seems like a nice place to interact with people . Maybe you people could advise me on some online places for help . Are there any that work or are they all scams ? please help?

There are a few websites in the "recommendations" tab, I think that's what it's called. I think you really should see a doctor. I got progressively worse the more time I waited. Seeing someone to talk to your feelings and worries is a good idea also. Yoga is nice, find an activity you love doing to get your mind off things:)
