How long for mri results?

At 17:00 uk time on the 17th (yesterday) I had a MRI scan of my head/brain and neck, I was wondering how long It takes to get the results, like do they look strait away or in days, I'm just really worried and want to know what's going on :(...

I had the same scan done...of my brain and brain stem w/ contrast about 2 years ago. It took about two days to get my results. I was sweating bullets the entire time!!!!

I had the scan on Thursday evening and I still haven't got my results back!! Am I to say no news is good news?
