Mag and B12

So I went to a pharm today that helps you with supplements. I told her I was experiencing heart skip beats. I told her that I took B12 shots and a she said that B12 shots can make you have skipped beats. She said it happened to her and she now takes the liquid B12. She also told me to take mag citrate each day. As I looked on the Internet today I found where palps can happen with the shots. So I am stopping the shots and going to start taking the liquid and see what happens. She said it will help my anxiety also. So we will see.

I was looking on Holland & Barrett. They do tablet forms of B12 & Magnesium Citrate. They're on buy 1 get 1 for a penny at the moment I think.
