I am so fed up today. I really don't want to be here anymore. But I can't give up why cause I am the only one who seems to care about my parents :( need a heater for my dad is freezing, need someone with car to take mum to hospital. Bro and sisters suck and I am starting to hate them. I suffer from depression, anxiety/panic attacks and agoraphobia

My mum never sat down, she likes shopping, but she can't go out on her own anymore. And she keeps asking me to go out with her :( I try I really do but hate shopping and going out. She used to know that

I know the feeling guys. If I just slept and didn't wake up ever I would be so happy. It's like what's the point of living when you are just miserable. This anxiety and stress is just too much and people who don't have it just think just be happy and it's like you think I wouldn't if I could.

I take my pills and sometimes they make me feel better. But when I need help with parents I become really stressed
