At least you can relax with them :)
I've been off work today, so have been able to relax & watch DVDs.
Maybe you should treat yourself to a pamper night!

Are you receiving any therapy or CBT?
If I get anxious at work I use some rescue remedy and drink a mug of camomile tea & ask if I can possibly have a bit away from my desk to calm myself down.
What sort of job do you do?
I'm from a small town near Halifax in West Yorkshire.

Hello ladies, I see the same people here in this forum and I think we all should know each other on the first name bases.

My name is Sal it's 10:40 am here in lakeside California I'm at work, everything is pretty good so far, my anxiety is worse in the morning but other than that I hope for a productive day.

Hi, Sal :)
Is Sal short for anything?
My name is Helen & I'm 24. Was diagnosed with anxiety about 4 & a half years ago.
It's 7pm here in England. I've had an okay day so far although I've only left my house to buy some sugar haha.

Lisa, are you on any medication?
I was really nervous when I started my job & was scared of being in a large office with so many people. But my method to cope was to befriend a couple of people & pretend the rest weren't there. Kind of like in crowds. I don't acknowledge people in crowds so I can pretend I'm on my own.

Hello all,

Names Cory, 21 and in Berlin, Germany.

Had anxiety since roughly 16 but diagnosed at 19. Although, my anxiety isn't "normal" anxiety as large groups, or outside factors cause me to get anxious.

All my anxiety is health-related. I always feel like something hurts or isnt normal. I'm also a Hypochondriac so it's a HORRIBLE blend.

Hi Lisa, Helen and Jamie. Sal is short for Salvador, I'm at work right now, I restore classic cars. Mechanical to electrical I do it all. My anxiety/depression is the worse in the morning, I try not to let it affect my work, but as we all know this anxiety crap sometimes is just to overwhelming. That's were working for myself helps a lot cause I could just stop what I'm doing and calm myself without worrying about other employees or bosses on my ass. Today is so good so far. A pleasure meeting you lovely ladies :)
