Just phoned the samaritans, all I did was cry, it's nice to have someone impartial listening to you, had a little bit of relief, saw a tiny bit of light at the end of the tunnel, hope it doesn't disappear again x

It's a helpline, it's really brilliant, spoke to a lovely lady, I cried alot but I felt calmer afterwards? X

That's nice that they have that. I don't think they have that here in the US. I did find something similar, but the guy waa so rude to me, all he did was tell me to go to the hospital.

I never found a usa one :/ everytime I'm in distress I have to call the crisis unit at the mental hospital lol
