Difficulty swallowing

I have difficulty swallowing even tryin to swallow my own saliva becomes an effort ! N I also have a lot of heartburn is al this to do with anxiety? And do I need to worry bout it ?

Yes I have recently found I have the exact same problem, I basically one day started choking on my food. I couldn't understand why. It has been investigated thoroughly by doctors and all they can conclude is that I have recently developed anxiety due to emotionally traumatic events I've suffered recently.
