I threw up effexor, took it again and now panicking

Well I take Effexor xr 75 mg 2x a day. I have the stomach flu. I just took the effexor and a few mins later I vomited. When I vomited it was clear and I could see the pill. It was broken open with a few of those beads gone. I got another one and took a few "beads" out and then took it. Now I am in a panic attack because the dosage might be wrong and I might overdose or not have enough and throw the balance off everything. Is it all in my head or was I wrong to take it again?

Hey there! You are fine with a dose that low. Just don't do that again if you vomit again. Because then, it's really unsure how much you actually absorbed, and it would be best to wait until tomorrow. I hope you start feeling better soon.
