Teary Eyes

Does anyone else get really teary when you get anxious? How do you guys deal with this? I mean not only is it embrarassing and hard to hide, because it happens during almost all social interactions from stores to busses, but my eyes get really irritated after a while :cry: .. <-- and no thats not because Im anxious.

Yeah, I've had that problem but really only outdoors in the cold or slight breeze. I know that its normal to get teary eyed in the cold but I'm talking when at temperatures that no one else has that problem, and mostly only when I feel anxiety, or anticipate some type of social interaction in the next few minutes.

I'm one that no medication has ever helped me. But alternative medicine has.
