Feel like my body is litterally giving out I get so tirred I feel like I'm gonna pass out can't breath woozy feeling just anxiety right???

Wow if that's true - ill definitely try meditation. I was recommended a book called Full Catastrophe Living by Jon Kabat-Zinn. I got it from the library this evening and will update you on whether I found it any good. It's supposed to be great for helping to manage stress and anxiety. Perhaps google mindfulness?!

Cara - I felt like that after I had my son. He's now 6. Make sure your eating enough of the right foods and drinking plenty of water. It's so easy to forget the simplest things when your not getting enough sleep.
