Hello everyone, My name is Frank Wolfe and I am from Lee's Summit Missouri which is like part of the greater kansas city area. And I am recently recovering from what i can only described as a nervous breakdown for about a week and a half, but trust me it seemed like for EVER!!! But I read some things online and started the anxiety revolution. I believe that this is all going to pass. But i still feel that anxiety but it is not all day anymore. I realize that I am also depressed. But I learned that I have to just teach myself to not worry, because there is truly nothing to worry about. and that it is the adrenaline that makes us feel the physical part of anxiety. and that those scary thoughts are just that, thoughts, nothing real. But like i said I am still recovering, but instead of dreading life, I am now excited to see what will come next. I am going to change my life and it will be for the best. YOU CAN GET OVER IT!!! I know my case was only mild compared to others but its that same thing. Please there is the light at the end of the tunnel. I am not there yet but I can see it, FEEL IT almost. DON'T GIVE UP!!!

But I would like to hear from others, cause that does seem to help me somehow. Thank you!

Thank you sunnie, I have yet to sleep because i am afraid of my dreams, if that makes sense, they have all been very vivid and kind of disturbing lately. but I really do appreciate the feedback.

Have you ever heard of lucid dreaming? It's a technique to teach yourself how to have control over your dreams.
