Quit Smoking

6.5 months ago and still getting chronic post nasal drip. I'm sure there's people on here who've been smoke free for a lot longer than I have. Has anyone had chronic problems with mucus etc since quitting smoking? Feels like every time I swallow this stuffs just going down my throat. It feels like it's never going to go away.

I don't smoke but I have post nasal drip I guess because I'm a frequent user of afrin and I get allergies time to time. It sucks :(

I've never smoked either but have post nasal drip nearly everyday from allergies. It's quite annoying.

I did wonder if it's allergies. how do I get tested?

I believe they do a skin prick test but I'm not 100% sure. My doc just asked me what my symptoms were and put me on a nose spray.

I quit smoking cus I was scared due to anxiety which isn't how I wanted to quit but I've noticed a lot more mucus then I had before never really made a connection til u said something lol
