I can't find much on them to sway me one way or the other and I don't want to spend $50 bucks when I could sit by the lamp I have at home now...lol
Living in Michigan with the darkness and little sunshine all winter, not to mention that white crap that makes it unbearably cold out. I have no energy or ambition to go out. someone told me to try one of the "Happy Lights" that are supposed to stimulate something in your brain like we would get from the sun.
If anyone has used one of these things and has an opinion, I would love to hear it.

Its for Vitamin D which you can take as a supp.

You also only need 15 minutes of good direct sunlight a day . Even if its sitting inside by a window .

Are you sure? I thought you can't get Vitamin D through a window. I forgot why.

The effects of sunlight aren't as strong through a window but it still has benefits on the body.
