not feeling myself

I took benadryl last night so I could sleep for once. Slept good but woke up groggy and ever since I've felt so drained. I feel like my arms are made of lead, they're so heavy. My head feels swimmy and Im tired. I know it could be the benadryl but in the back of my head I'm worried it's something else. Anyone have benadryl make them drowsy this long?

Yes, if you're not used to taking it, Benadryl can give you quite a hangover. Take a nap, if you can. Be good to yourself.

I'm thinking about it. I have been sitting in a daze all day. Like an unpleasant drunk feeling.

Me too...I've just been feeling a little off all day...blurry vision slighty, just a little dizzy as well...ugh...hate days like this!!!!
