Hi there I'm new on here been reading various threads, I've suffered for several years and been on citilopram for as long, they have really helped me with symptoms but still get the odd occasional anxiety episodes, I'm currently suffering with symptoms such as aching, lightheaded and feel like my head is going to explode feels weird. Mine just seems to come on for no apparent reason I'm happy in life. I wonder if I need to go up a dose??

I have the same symptoms, they drive mad.
I'm not taking any medication as I'm desperately trying to beat this demon on my own but I'm exhausted!!!

Symptoms are what gets me down, I've been fine for along time but every now and then bang it comes out off nowhere I try breathing exercises that sometimes helps, perhaps u should try a small dose of meds even if its for a few months

I'm trying not to as trying to get pregnant. My anxiety started after two miscarriages this year.
I've tried Valium but only for a couple of days as was scared of relying on them!!

I'm not sure if u can take anything when pregnant so I'm desperately trying to get over it on my own.

It's just so tiring and hard when my husband and family don't understand how hard daily life is!!

DO NOT take ANY drugs when pregnant. FULL STOP.

I know it's feckin' hard but Just DON'T.

You should also cease all alcohol and ciggies (if you smoke)

May be overly cautious but there's a small life at risk...

I meant I'm not sure if there are certain anxiety meds u can take if pregnant as I'm told there are some by friends.

I would never take anything without knowing if there were risks!!!
