Hi there I'm new on here been reading various threads, I've suffered for several years and been on citilopram for as long, they have really helped me with symptoms but still get the odd occasional anxiety episodes, I'm currently suffering with symptoms such as aching,lightheaded and feel like my head is going to explode feels weird. Mine just seems to come on for no apparent reason I'm happy in life. I wonder if I need to go up a dose??

I'd visit your doc but only if this has been going on a while. Many of us get peaks in anxiety around busy times like the holidays and this might pass. Hold on the celexa unless your not at 20mg yet in which case ask about going to 20mg. Alankay

Yeah hopefully is just a blip I get them now and then just when u have them u feel ur Neva going to get bk to normal, do u suffer with symptoms like myself?
