I've been really good for a few days by today I'm in struggle town today ... Not sure why possible hormone rush .... I feel like crying and have no motivation to do anything ... I just want to do nothing .... I find chatting helps so if anyone is wanting a cha it would be much helpful thanks

Hey there! It's a full moon tonight, so that can wreak havoc on your hormones and emotions. Take a bubble bath or go shopping online. At least, that's what I'd do. Be good to yourself!
