Hello, I have had anxiety from driving then recently I been seeing a psychologist/hypnotist for my driving, and hes been telling me to do breathing exercises for my driving, well recently I been getting some ocd, like counting and I been getting almost like a phobia when eating any ideas? Thanks

Hey there. I'm sorry that you're having such a hard time right now. What is driving your fear of eating? Is it the counting, or are you afraid of vomiting, or is it something else entirely?

Like if I see certain things on the food, I don't wanna eat it

Well, as long as you prepare your own food, you know what is on it. As far as bacteria and such, as long as you properly handle your food you will be fine!

When I prepare my own food it still bothers me, when I put too much spices on something it bothers me, I get a uneasy feeling when I eat it, is my anxiety just going on to this now?

If you're asking if those uneasy feelings could be anxiety, I would have to say that they could. What does your doctor say?
