Citalopram

I've been prescribed 10mg of citalopram, looks like I'm gonna have to overcome my fears and take it, I'm in. Very dark place right now! I need to do it! I feel like nothing is real and I'm anxious constantly and am now housebound! I feel detached from everything, even my 7 month old son! I'm panicking about taking it!

Anyone else feel like this or have been in my position where they are petrified and feel like nothing is real? Anybody else been scared to take tablets?
