Ache/Pain in fingers

Does anybody get aches/pains in their fingers ? I have been experiencing them and their so annoying! It also unusually effects my little finger!
Just wondering if this is anxiety.. I'm just not too sure if it can cause this!

I do! both fingers and hands but mostly left

It can, I've had it on occasion but it has mostly gone away after I really convinced myself it was anxiety (after doctor visits about that and other things).

It's the second guessing and paranoia that really brings it back, if its serious and your convinced it is something else. Go to the doctor and see what can be done to be sure, but chances are its nothing more then anxiety. Do you get it in your toes/feet at all as well?

I get pains in my fingers, finger tips hands and toes.. I get tingly feet and pain and numbness in arms too :( both arms/hands but mostly left
