Medication during pregnancy

Just wondering if anyone has been on their anti anxiety/depression medication while
Pregnant? My doctor said he'd rather see me wait till second trimester if at all. I usually take Effexor XR 150mg.

Doxepine might be an option. Ask about it as TCA's are sometimes used if really needed. Alankay

I know it's gonna sound really weird but I saw a program on the news about pregnant women receiving electro convulsive therapy instead of taking pills.
