I've never been good at these, but here's a shot.

I'm Ellie, and I have battled with extreme anxiety and depression pretty much my whole life. Found this app and thought maybe sharing some experiences, and reading others will help me cope in someway.

Welcome. I found this app not long ago and have felt a bit better by using it. I think there's something a little freeing about sharing experiences, to feel as though you're not alone.

WELCOME ELLIE! No, you are not alone. I understand how hard it can be to put yourself out there, but I just joined a few days ago and I look forward to seeing posts and post stuff as well. I no longer feel like I'm crazy and it's a comfort to me to know there are other people who feel the same way I do.

Welcome.

The most comforting thing about this app is having a group of people to vent to who understand anxiety; I know that if I don't talk about it, I feel like I'm going crazy. If you ever need someone to talk to, don't hesitate to post about it. :)

Welcome! So glad you are here. I only found this forum a few days ago and I'm already feeling so much less alone with this condition that is invisible and understood only by those of us who know it way too well.
