So I guess the cipralex is starting to work. All's well except my anxiety is ramping up from my symptoms disappearing. Are there any newbies in here that are waiting to meet their psychologist for the first time? I'm still going off what I GP wants me to do. It's going to be January when I get in to meet him or her.

Glad to read your meds are working, so are mine yipee! I sacked my old psychologist and will be meeting my new one on 20 Dec. I hope he's good. Psychologists don't do meds by the way, psychiatrists do. I hope your psychologist can give you some helpful CBT exercises to do :)
