Does anyone else get really sweaty hands ? To the point where they feel actually wet!?

Yup but not really just from anxiety, also when gaming.
All gamers keep towels near for really competitive play. It's really annoying.
Comes from high levels of adrenaline methinks.

It's normal for anxiety too though.

I have had really sweaty hands today!
I have done nothing but...feel anxious lol

I think it's pretty normal to get sweaty palms when anxious/nervous

Yeah. Like before job interviews my hands get so sweaty, I have to keep wiping them off so that when I shake hands with the person, they're not like "uh, ick" lol
All from the anxiousness.
