Hi everyone.I have joined this forum. I have OCD.Had it for the last 6 years.I have been treated by non medical practitioners for the last 5 years.I'm making a lot of progress.
I'm from Adelaide,Australia.I hope to hear from other locals here too.,It would be nice to know there are others locally to me.
I have very few rituals,in fact,this is the least of my problems,considering that most of my major progress prior to the last 6 months was the reduced levels of rituals.
My biggest problms is that OCD stops me doing things at random.Its like a computer virus,stops you doing things you want to do,stops you doing things you need to do and makes you do things you shouldnt do.That really sucks.The good news is over the last 6 months have been the best progress months I've had.
If you can relate to my problems or you just want to say hello ,please do.
