Anxiety about getting sick

I was just wondering if anyone on here gets anxiety attacks when someone in your house gets the stomach flu? The anxiety is about getting sick. I have not ate for days before just in case I get sick I won't throw up. It's gets quite annoying since I have little kids that get sick a lot.

I have the same exact fear!!! I get so worried if u hear a someone I was around got the stomach bug. I automatically think I'm gonna get and then my stomach starts to hurt!!! It's horrible

Going without food for days is not healthy under the best conditions, but doing it regularly is dangerous. Is there anything that you love that you would not turn down? Can you reward yourself for eating good foods? How old are your kids?
