Why do I feel inside shaky. My body is not shaky but I feel it inside. What is this?

Probably just a low level adrenaline effect. "Inner Tension" basically would be my guess. Alankay

Happens to me sometimes, can get pretty severe if I panic enough.

Thanks I miss you loads and hope to this is weird I don't know what's happened but I was saying I get this alot too but have just grown to live with it if it is worrying youth at much then you could go and see your gp about it

this is my worst feeling so far that makes me more anxious. I just put up my first post about it. I find if I keep busy that I don't notice it and I feel less anxious. I am new to all of this and haven't tried any meds yet but am thinking of seeing a psychologist or neurologist to see if they can figure me out.
