I just joined this website and happy to found it because every time I want to discuss or talk about my anxiety, depression or panic order with people who never have it before is difficult to get support.

I've been taking medicine since 4 years ago and I would really like to get rid of the addiction of this drugs ....

Yes panic attacks are a horrible feeling. Besides the mess do you have any other tricks to suppress your attacks? I know how you feel about being on medicine, I got off of them about 2 years ago, getting off of them is really hard and made my anxiety problems worse, but I eventually coped and dealing with my attacks on my own... It's rough... Hang in there... Glad your here to share, there's a lot of really insightful people here.

I get really severe panic attacks and panic disorder I am having a tough part in my life and everything is going wrong this forum has helped me open up about my troubles I get at least three panic attacks a day and panic disorder means I don't want to leave my house or I am too scared to go back to places I've had a panic attack before on thing that can help with the horrible feeling is when you are having a panic attack curl up into a ball and it sometimes relaxes me a bit also if you have friends you could be around when having a panic attack tell them about them and tell them not to talk to you when you are having a panic attack if you want something you will tell them this makes me feel a little better if no one is talknig to me and tell them to just leave you alone if that's what you want if someone is having a panic attack and they ask you to bring them the moon you go fetch them the moon !!!

These are real feelings and are horrible but there are many ways that aren't drug related to help get rid of panic attacks and panic disorder or just general anxiety
