Anyone have any recommendations? Trying to get my health back on track and just need some resources to work with...thanks!

Besides MSG, caffeine and alcohol I've never found my diet to have all that much to do with my anxiety. That's just me though. I have found chamomile and passionflower teas helpful as well as just a diet high in unprocessed/whole foods(within reason, no need to go off the deep end on this) help.
Aerobic exercise, deep breathing practice, light meditation and understanding anxiety results from always believing the worst case scenarios will always play out(and never working to counter thus thoughts/beliefs), will help greatly. Alankay
