Burping and cheat discomfort.

Does anyone experience constant burping and this weird gas pressure or pressure/tightness in their chest which is relieved by burping. It only on the left side and scares me.

Yeah I get this sometimes it's anxiety your trying rob take in too much air I sometimes feel like I can't fill my lungs so take deep breathes which makes this happen x

This happens to me badly. I get a awful pressure in my chest, and then i burp! But usually, I get a lump in my throat that feels like I need to burp to get it out! My throat and chest also burns, it's really annoying because it feels like something needs to be burped up and got out of my chest it's weird. But apparently it's acid reflux! Try gaviscon ? X

Yeah I haven't tried anything but I think it maybe acid reflux because I also get this pain/burning feeling in my collarbone area after I eat. And it's relieved by burping

I think it's acid reflux, try some gaviscon!
Acid reflux is apparently very strangely common with anxiety sufferers! X

Thanks Nicole and I will definitely try some, do I need a prescription to get it or is it over the counter

Yes that's very common. Chest pain and belching. My chest feels better when I belch.

You can get it over the counter, it's about £4.50 but Asda's own is just exactly the same but £2.50 does the same job! That's all I have! If you go to the doctors they will prescribe you something what will be a bit better than gaviscon, try gaviscon first and if it still hasn't changed to to doctor x

Burping is very annoying. -.- i cant stop burping once nightfalls. I drink this meds that taste like vanilla mint and it goes away for a few hours.
