I can feel me anxiety going up so quickly, no ones here and I'm freaking the fudge out. I don't know hat to do, the chemist was closed to I couldn't fill my script today and oh god I'm just so scared

Try and distract yourself

Deep breathing techniques to help you calm down and then do something you enjoy like reading or crafts or watch a movie go exercise. Things like that

Shady, physical exercise helps many to calm down. Going out for a run may be a good idea. While doing so, focus on the beauty of nature while running on a side road. That can distract you and make you feel more positive, which can further calm you.

Throw some tunes on the iPod as well. That helps me sometimes.
