What meds have worked for you to control panic attacks?

For panic, ativan is great. Many like xanax but I think ativan is better with it longer half life and a bit less potential for dependence. Klonopin can also be used as most any benzo if dosed right but a medium half life is better as opposed to short(xanax) of very long(valium, clorazepate). With any benzo take the minimum only when really needed. It helps just to know it's there for you. Alankay

I've taken Xanax, but I have found that Klonopin works best for me.
